AVOID WEDDING OUT OF PRESSURE

Never rush into wedding out of pressure. Be patient; pray and take time to be with God. Open your eyes to see the person you want to marry. Ask questions; listen to God and His people. Do not be blind to negative signals and do not be so love drunk to point of not seeing bad characters and ungodly habits.Never allow anybody to pressurize you into a wrong marriage. “Pressure wedding” must not take place.

The following people can mount pressure on you for one reason or the other.

 Your peers - Your friends, colleagues, neighbors, etc can pressurize you into a bad relationship. Please be careful.
Your Parents - Your parent may mount pressure on you to get married quickly. Whether the marriage would be right or wrong may be inconsequential to them. Be very careful; never go into marriage under pressure.
Your Age - If you are not very careful, you may find yourself under pressure because of your age. Be wise.
Sex - Sexual urge do mount pressure on some single men to rush into wedding unprepared. This is very wrong. Never rush into marriage because of sex. Marriage is not about sex.

Be wise. Take time to prepare physically, mentally, spiritually, financially and emotionally before wedding.
